Thank you for choosing TradiusPro. We are committed to providing a valuable service to help you improve your trading performance. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Services
All of our services are digital subscriptions, providing access to our software, tools, and analytics for a set period. We do not offer physical products or shipping services.
2. Trial Authentication Fee (₹5)
To activate the 90-day free trial and establish a payment mandate for future subscriptions, all new users are required to pay a nominal, one-time Trial Authentication Fee of ₹5 (Five Rupees). This fee is a charge for card authentication and administrative processing associated with setting up the mandate and is subject to the following condition:
- Non-Refundable: The Trial Authentication Fee of ₹5 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, trial cancellation, failure to proceed with a paid subscription after the trial, or technical issues unrelated to payment processing.
- This fee confirms the validity of your payment instrument and helps prevent service abuse.
3. General Refund Policy for Paid Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on paid monthly or annual subscription fees. All subscription sales are considered final. This policy is in place because:
- Immediate Access: Access to the software and premium features is granted instantly upon successful payment.
- Free Trial: We offer a 90-day free trial (activated by the non-refundable token fee) to allow ample time to evaluate the full functionality of the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
We may consider a refund for paid subscription fees (excluding the non-refundable Trial Authentication Fee) in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Billing Error: In the event of a documented billing error or a duplicate charge.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a major and persistent technical issue with the service that prevents you from using it as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rata refund may be considered. This does not apply to minor bugs or service interruptions.
Any request for an exception must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the date of the disputed transaction.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under an exceptional circumstance, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at admin@tradiuspro.com.
- Provide your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the date of the transaction.
- Clearly describe the reason for your refund request. For technical issues, please include details and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
All refund requests are subject to review and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Changes to Your Subscription
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of that cycle. We do not offer refunds for a partial billing period upon cancellation.
